L1 develops foundational coaching; L2 develops programming and monitoring.
Specialist capabilities
Football is the initial planned pathway, focused on youth football. It is not L3.
Roles developing others
Mentor, Educator and Assessor are future separately reviewed roles, not L3/L4.
Youth Fitness Coach
Safely design, organise, adapt and review foundational fitness sessions within a defined scope.
Youth Performance Coach
Conduct needs analysis, testing, programme design, implementation monitoring and outcome review.
Football Performance Specialist
Apply performance methods to youth football needs, weekly planning and coaching collaboration.
Learning, completion, assessment and authorisation are distinct.
Participation or completion does not mean passing assessment. Passing does not automatically grant brand coaching authorisation. L1 is not NSCA-CPT; L2 is not CSCS. No related authorisation, credits or international recognition are confirmed.

Planned fees include relevant learning materials, scheduled practice support, the first formal assessment and a certificate after passing. Actual service scope, schedules, reassessment and cancellation terms will be provided before enrolment. Teaching feedback and publicity consent are separate; image or testimonial permissions are not a pricing condition.
Common questions
Can I participate without a fitness-training background?
You can express interest in L1. Consultation will explore your teaching experience and learning needs; formal entry conditions will be confirmed before enrolment. L2 and Football Specialist have additional competence and practice requirements.
Can football coaching experience give me direct entry to L2?
Not automatically. L2 requires L1 or an equivalent competence review, plus real coaching records. Existing certificates do not automatically convert to a KINTREON level.
How do L1 and L2 differ?
L1 focuses on safe foundational fitness sessions. L2 focuses on needs analysis, testing, programming, monitoring and review. Football Specialist applies these capabilities in football; it is not L3.
Is this equivalent to NSCA-CPT or CSCS?
No. L1 is not NSCA-CPT and L2 is not CSCS. No related authorisation, credit or recognition partnership has been confirmed.
Is this a national professional or internationally recognised qualification?
No. KINTREON is developing and piloting its own framework. Planned certificates record assessment within this framework; they do not represent a national professional qualification or confirmed international recognition.
Is the entire learning commitment classroom teaching?
No. Totals combine online learning, in-person practice, supervised practice and assignments and assessment. They are not one-to-one service hours or international credits. Completion windows are suggestions, not guarantees.
Does completion guarantee clients or employment?
No. Courses focus on coaching competence and evidence of learning, with no promise of employment, clients or improved performance. Brand coaching authorisation is not automatic.
Can I pay now? When does the course start?
We are currently discussing pilot interest only. No payments are accepted, admission is not automatic and dates are not guaranteed. Schedule, venue and entry conditions will be confirmed separately.
