The online enquiry form is disabled. This site does not collect names or contact details through a form. You can call Dan directly; copying the number or enquiry points uses your browser clipboard without submitting information to this site or automatically reading your clipboard.

Purpose and scope

Enquiries help us understand family training, coach learning or cooperation, and organisational needs, discuss suitability and respond. They are not paid enrolment, admission or a confirmed booking. Initial enquiries do not collect a child’s full name, birth date, precise home address, health history, identity documents, sensitive attachments or payment details. Minors must not submit training applications independently. Any necessary later information is discussed after service confirmation and the relevant notice.

Information sharing between brands

Following an external link does not automatically transfer enquiry data to TF Grow, SoccerRangers or TFS Pathway. If another brand needs to follow up, the recipient, purpose, minimum information and responsible handler are identified for separate consent. Contact details are not automatically shared without consent, and duplicate marketing leads are not created.

Public coach profiles and credential queries

Public records show only necessary fields that have been reviewed and approved for publication. Private contact details, original certificates, internal review notes and identity documents are not public profile content. When automatic verification is closed, contact the team manually. If enabled, queries only check specific KINTREON records authorised for verification; they do not provide a complete certificate directory.

Access and deletion requests

Enquiries are used only by authorised staff for follow-up. They are not made public or used for automatic marketing emails. To ask about information shared by phone, or request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, contact Dan with your request. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information for identity checks.

Basic website operation

This site has no advertising tracking or third-party analytics. Hosting services may process request addresses, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Calls are handled by your telecom provider. If you choose email, WeChat or WhatsApp, the relevant provider handles that communication; following a contact link is not a form submission to this site. We will update this notice if enquiry methods or information-handling arrangements change.
