About KINTREON

Why KINTREON was started

“Jin” represents putting training into practice. “Yan” represents questioning the reasoning, examining methods and improving teaching.

KINTREON connects performance, coach education and coaching services. Families and athletes can discuss training, coaches can explore study, assessment and cooperation, and schools and clubs can discuss coaching and project support. Coach education remains for adults and is separate from children’s training services.

The coaching questions we focus on

We start with practical questions in youth training: how to choose suitable exercises, organise participants with different starting points, and decide what to adjust next. These questions connect movement instruction, session management, training plans and reflection.

How learning and practice connect

We develop coach education around these questions, connecting knowledge, coaching practice and assessment feedback to support clearer training decisions. L1 focuses on foundational coaching, L2 develops assessment and programme planning, and football is the first planned specialist application.

Dan | Project founder

Drawing on youth football coaching and work with the SoccerRangers project, Dan is developing KINTREON’s courses and practice arrangements.

Current service and course status

The first L1 pilot is in preparation, with dates and venue to be confirmed. L2 and Football Specialist are in development. Paid enrolment is not open; you can enquire about the courses and learning arrangements.

Family and organisational training begins with a needs discussion. Coaches, scope, timing and fees require manual confirmation. Public coach and credential records require genuine review and authorisation; sample people are not presented as available coaches.
