Participation and completion
Participation means entering the learning process; completion means meeting the stated learning and task requirements. Neither alone proves readiness to coach independently in all situations. Course development will distinguish tasks, support and completion requirements so that attendance is not confused with competence.
Assessment uses evidence
Planned assessment combines session plans, practice observations, case work and feedback to judge coaching decisions within the defined course scope. The first formal assessment is planned within the fee, but passing depends on evidence. Reassessment, remedial work and appeal arrangements must be clarified before formal enrolment; a first-attempt pass is not promised.
Brand authorisation is separate
Coaching under KINTREON or a related project requires separate agreement on scope, safeguarding, setting and responsibilities. Participation, completion or passing does not automatically grant this permission. Future Mentor, Educator and Assessor roles also require separate review. There is no placeholder certificate-number lookup system.
State the limits first
KINTREON is developing and piloting its own framework. Planned certificates record assessment within this framework, not a national qualification, university credits or international recognition. Learners should see the actual schedule, assessment requirements, service scope and cancellation terms before deciding to enrol.
