Start with four pieces of information
An adult parent or guardian can start with the general area in Shenzhen or Hong Kong, the child’s age band, usual sports and the training goal to discuss. For example, explain an interest in enjoying sport more or coordinating conditioning with football. Initial enquiries do not need a child’s full name, date of birth, precise address, health history or identity documents. Agree the purpose and handling of any additional information before providing it.
Ask specific questions about the coach and setting
Ask about experience with similar ages and sporting backgrounds, how feedback is shared, and who handles supervision, collection arrangements and concerns. NSPCC’s parent guidance encourages open communication with activity providers, attention to the child’s experience and an understanding of safeguarding arrangements. Credential records, service scope, cooperation status and availability need separate confirmation; a website record does not replace that discussion.
Confirm timing, location, language and fees
Describe suitable times, travel range, language needs and a preference for individual or group sessions. Shenzhen and Hong Kong are KINTREON’s launch areas; coaches, venues, languages and formats depend on confirmed availability. Staff and venues are not assumed to be interchangeable between the two cities. Family training is quoted for the agreed service scope. Academy tuition is for adult coach education. Before starting, clarify cancellations, rescheduling, weather changes and the person coordinating communication.
Use the outline to agree the next step
You can begin: “We are in the ____ area of Shenzhen/Hong Kong and would like to discuss ____. The age band is ____, usual sport is ____, and suitable times are ____.” The team first discusses fit and availability before agreeing further arrangements. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of a particular coach or outcome. This is a service-selection guide, not an individual training prescription or medical assessment.
